Before applying, please make sure you read through the DART roles and requirements for becoming a DART member. Then, fill out and submit the application form on this website, including your resumé and a recent headshot (Passport style).
Shortly after, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your application and more information about the next steps. Your application will then be forwarded to the GAiN office nearest you, which will then contact you to schedule an interview. All interviews will be conducted in English.

Upon successfully completing the interview, a DART applicant is invited to attend the Training. Each member of DART has successfully completed and passed the training. Each participant is evaluated throughout the training. Each participant is given the opportunity to evaluate their experience, as well as receive personalized feedback from the Trainers.
Upon successful completion of the training and acceptance as a DART member, you will become part of the database, ready to be deployed to disaster areas. There will also be ongoing opportunities for all members to stay involved with the work of GAiN and keep your DART skills up-to-date.
The next training will take place in 2025, the exact dates will follow.
